Primary Model
Nexus Rehab Occupational Therapy as the OT Service Provider/Manager
The clinic remains the billing entity.
Nexus Rehab Occupational Therapy provides the clinical leadership, supervision,
and infrastructure needed to build, run, and maintain a high-quality OT service line.
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
- OTR/L blocks for OTR/L-level duties (evaluations, re-evaluations, plan of care, clinical decision-making, discharge planning)
- COTA supervision provided by Nexus Rehab Occupational Therapy
- NY practice-standard-aligned supervision documentation and workflows
- Documentation review and quality assurance
- Case review and treatment progression oversight
- COTA treatment structure and visit planning
- COTA coverage concentrated into 1-2 days, when possible. for efficiency and better outcomes
- Communication with clinic leadership and care teams
- Ongoing infrastructure to build and maintain the OT service line
Secondary Model
Nexus Rehab Occupational Therapy as the OT Billing Entity
Nexus Rehab Occupational Therapy becomes the billing entity.
All clinical and service-line duties included in the Primary Model, plus billing-pipeline support.
